The service
Actualyza provides AMY, an AI voice agent that answers and places calls, books appointments, and qualifies leads for your business, along with related website and automation services. By subscribing or using the service you agree to these terms.
Trial and billing
Plans include a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start; you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then at no cost. Subscriptions renew monthly and are billed by Stripe. The trial includes up to 20 calls; calls over your plan's monthly limit are billed at the per-call rate shown at checkout. You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, by emailing contact@actualyza.com or through your billing portal.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information AMY uses, for having the right to contact the leads you ask AMY to call, and for complying with the laws that apply to your outreach (including TCPA and telemarketing rules in the United States). AMY must not be used for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive calling.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to harass, spam, impersonate others, or violate the rights of third parties. We may suspend accounts that put the platform, carriers, or other customers at risk, with notice where practicable.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". AI-generated conversations may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing critical information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
